What the site is
The site presents the work of MASON and its services in design, execution, furniture, doors and finishes, and allows you to request contact or a consultation. General content and images are not a binding offer or a final specification for any particular project.
Consultations and quotations
Sending a request does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance of the project or a delivery date. Scope, price, duration, payment terms, variations and warranties become binding once a quotation or contract is approved in writing by both parties. Natural materials vary in colour, veining and texture, and the project samples define the acceptable range of that variation.
Accuracy of information
Please provide correct and complete information about the site, dimensions, requirements and constraints. Estimates may change if hidden site conditions appear, or if the scope, materials or programme change. We will explain the effect of any change before it is approved under the contract.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, impersonate another person, or copy the content for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property
Rights in the brand, texts, images, designs and drawings shown belong to MASON or its licensors. Browsing the site grants you no right to copy or modify them or to build a design from them. Project contracts define each client's rights to use their drawings and deliverables.

Limits of liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but information may change or the site may be temporarily unavailable.
